I love Prime Cuts, everything is delicious and high quality! However it will be helpful as you develop your website to add more about the feeding and care of the animals that become our meals. For instance “Grass fed” means the animals were raised in pastures and fed hay, no grains, through the winter., whereas “Free Range” means that they were pastured during the summer but fed grains later to fatten them for market. Free range poultry & eggs can mean almost anything, on the other hand “Pastured” means that the fowl have access every day to nature and the insects that are their natural diet, which grains are not. This may be of no concern to many but it would be VERY helpful to some of us. I appreciate the non-gmo, no hormones, organic labeling that is present in your store currently and would love to see you raise quality to the next step.
